Wireless & Lifeline
Reliable communication keeps people connected to what matters.
Lifeline is a federal benefit that helps eligible households reduce the cost of phone or internet service. We help community members understand the process and identify an appropriate next step.

Understanding Lifeline
More than a phone benefit—a connection to daily life.
For many households, a dependable phone or internet connection is essential for contacting family, applying for work, scheduling healthcare, accessing school information, and reaching emergency services. Lifeline makes qualifying service more affordable through a monthly federal discount.
Eligibility and final enrollment are determined under official program rules. Our role is to provide clear information, respectful assistance, and responsible enrollment support.
Who may qualify
A household may qualify through income or an eligible assistance program.
Common qualifying pathways include participation by you, your child, or a dependent in one of the programs below. Documentation and household rules apply.
Only one Lifeline benefit is allowed per household. Benefit amounts, service availability, documentation, and eligibility are subject to current federal and state program requirements. We do not determine eligibility.
